| Those duraflex skirts are knock offs of the Japanese company TBO, which you are readily available. Plenty of ads on yahoo auctions, etc. All your japan based photos are of TBO skirts. I purchased a set a few years back & considered modifiying the front edge as they sit a lot lower than most front bars (2k in my case) but sold them on when I found some genuine 2k skirts. Here's a photo of them sitting on my zed when I first got them to give you an idea of how low the sit. 
Need to keep your eye on yahoo auctions japan for the impul skirts, they do come up.
